For the first time I ever I just read the instructions for an iphone. The 17 has a new mystery button on the side. I'd tried it out several times and got the idea that at least some of the time it relates to the camera, but not always.
Given that I just spent all my money on it, I was willing to take the time to figure it out but am less happy as a result of the effort. In trip planner it needs to be clear what everything does. This week we've been looking at what controls we can get rid of or move into the 'more detail' sections. Anything to reduce the effort to figure out what trip planner can do for the user. It's unbelievably hard to do well.
